1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high demand.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and carrier regulations, certain lithium-ion or lithium-metal batteries may require ground shipping only and cannot be expedited or air-shipped.
We comply with all U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for shipping batteries safely.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, notify us within 7 days so we can assist with a claim.
