Refund and Returns Policy

At Betteryhub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return used or damaged batteries unless they arrived defective or non-functional.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used batteries (unless defective)

  • Custom battery packs or special orders

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”


Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@betteryhub.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.


Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

  • Tracking Recommended: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@betteryhub.com.
